Where’s president Paul Kagame of Rwanda?

It been more than two weeks since now the president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame left his country traveling to Europe for what is reported to attend medical treatment. But since then, no official statement has been released to reassure the people   of Rwanda about their leader’s health condition.

Some says he is in Germany, other Belgium, but all agree that president Kagame is not in Rwanda.

That has left a series of rumors and speculations circulating on social media, some claiming that Paul Kagame is under serious health conditions with others even insinuating that the Rwandan president could be dead.

However, they all boil down to one single Question, where’s Paul Kagame? As people demand to know the president situation.

While the type of the disease which president Paul Kagame claimed to be    suffering from has not yet been revealed, what is certain the head of state is of major concern, dispute the silence observed by the Rwandan government on the matter.

Paul Kagame has been always active on his account on social media, especially X and Facebook.

Probably it may not necessarily be the president himself be used to post the updates, last time something new was shared on his verified face book account on 6th June 2025.

Rwandan president Paul Kagame was meeting with a delegation from Hope Haven Christian School, led by it’s founder and president Hollern Susan.

Thank you for doing what our country and our people needed. When we began this journey, it was an urgent need for people to have access education. That need had not gone way. Education never stops being important, wrote Rwandan leader.

I remember my one beginnings. As a young boy in refuge camp, we studied under trees …   We used out thigh as notebooks and dry pieces of grass as pens … That gave us start. It was difficulty but we knew that it was the right thing to do. Even in those harsh conditions, we understood the value of learning…

… Later, during the struggle to liberate our country, we found ourselves once again in a different kind of school this time, in the forest. We were still learning. Every step of that journey was a lesson.

The mission to liberate our country was, in many years, a mission to discover the truth about ourselves, our people, and our responsibilities …! Kagame concluded.

A photo president Paul Kagame with members of the school was also shared. From that was the last thing to appear on his digital space.
