The central vector was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/HispanTV\">HispanTV<\/a>, the Spanish-language propaganda channel created and fully funded by the Iranian regime to spread its narrative across Spain and Latin America.
