Moreover, it has done so through the European Union. Many people despise the EU without really knowing why. Now they do.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>We mock the credulity of ancient peoples who believed in myriad deities, to whom they did not hesitate to offer human sacrifices \u2014 even children&#8230; We feel only contempt for such myths. Yet today, the European Union is sacrificing 500 million citizens on the altar of a faceless green god.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Not a single European will die from &#8220;global warming.&#8221; But millions could die from not being able to heat their homes during the winter.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Crucially, however, China has also been investing billions in nuclear-fusion energy to provide limitless clean, cheap energy for the unimaginable amounts of electricity that will be required for global dominance in artificial intelligence&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The lifespan of a wind turbine is short. By 2030, around 14,000 of them will need to be replaced in Europe. How fortunate! Simply do not replace them. The issue is easy: the semi-public companies managing these turbines have set aside nothing at all not a single cent for their replacement. All that is needed is to dismantle and remove them. Think of it: our landscapes will no longer be dotted with these useless eyesores. Then we can all write them off as a bet that was lost.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>In 1992, global carbon dioxide (CO<\/em><em>\u2082<\/em><em>) emissions<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/ourworldindata.org\/co2-emissions\">stood<\/a>\u00a0at 22.3 billion metric tons. By 2024, they had\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ourworldindata.org\/co2-emissions\">reached<\/a>\u00a0a record high of 37.4 billion tons\u2014 an increase of nearly 68%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Europe, by comparison,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/commonslibrary.parliament.uk\/the-paris-climate-conference-taking-stock-of-greenhouse-gas-emissions\">emitted<\/a>\u00a04 billion tons in 1992. By 2023, this figure had fallen to around 2.5 billion tons, a reduction of approximately 40% \u2014 on a global scale, a derisory amount.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>China, for its part, emitted only 2.5 billion tons of CO<\/em><em>\u2082<\/em><em> in 1992. Today, China is<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC11538621\">responsible<\/a>\u00a0for nearly 12 billion tons of CO<\/em><em>\u2082<\/em><em> emissions <\/em><em>\u2014<\/em><em> five times Europe&#8217;s current emissions and<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/an-energy-sector-roadmap-to-carbon-neutrality-in-china\/executive-summary\">one-third<\/a>\u00a0of the global total.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>While Europe flagellates itself in a supposedly virtuous asceticism, aiming to eliminate carbon from the continent (&#8220;net-zero&#8221;), the rest of the world, led by China, is burning coal at full throttle, propelling global emissions to unprecedented heights.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Industrial collapse<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Worse still, this European decarbonization has been accompanied by an accelerating industrial collapse. In 1992, manufacturing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rolandberger.com\/en\/Insights\/Publications\/A-large-scale-exodus-of-industry-from-Europe-is-unlikely.html\">represented<\/a>\u00a020% of the European Union&#8217;s GDP; today, it\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tradingeconomics.com\/european-union\/manufacturing-value-added-percent-of-gdp-wb-data.html\">accounts<\/a>\u00a0for barely 14%, and the trend is downward. Globally, Europe once produced nearly 30% of global manufacturing; it now represents only 15%, overtaken by China, which\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/chinapower.csis.org\/tracker\/china-manufacturing\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">dominates<\/a>\u00a0with more than 30%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Europe&#8217;s misguided decarbonization has handed its prosperity to China on a silver platter. Moreover, it has done so through the European Union. Many people despise the EU without really knowing why. Now they do.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Decarbonization is a pure myth \u2014 a fiction skillfully designed by Malthusian ideologues to keep Europeans in servitude (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Merchants-Despair-Environmentalists-Pseudo-Scientists-Antihumanism\/dp\/1594034761\/\">see<\/a> Robert Zurbin, Merchants of Despair: Radical Environmentalists, Criminal Pseudo-Scientists, and the Fatal Cult of Antihumanism). Under the pretext of &#8220;saving the planet,&#8221; Europeans have dismantled their factories, outsourced their jobs, increased their energy costs, and subjected their economies to the tutelage of an authoritarian, arbitrary Brussels bureaucracy as ignorant as it is malevolent and complicit with Beijing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Murder by energy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>When an American\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ycharts.com\/indicators\/us_natural_gas_residential_price\">pays<\/a>\u00a0$100 to heat his home, a European\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/web\/products-eurostat-news\/w\/ddn-20250506-3\">pays<\/a>\u00a0between $300 and $500. When an American\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.electricchoice.com\/electricity-prices-by-state\">spends<\/a>\u00a0$100 to light his home, a European\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/web\/products-eurostat-news\/w\/ddn-20250506-2\">spends<\/a> $200 despite the average gross income in the United States being <a href=\"https:\/\/globalstatcompare.com\/compare?countries%5B%5D=EUU&amp;countries%5B%5D=USA\">twice<\/a>\u00a0that of Europe and the average net income\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/business\/2024\/07\/08\/european-average-salary-rankings-where-does-your-country-stand\">2.5 times<\/a>\u00a0higher.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>In Germany, 10,000 industrial jobs are being\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/scantv.al\/english\/lajme\/europa\/gjermania-po-humb-mbi-10000-punetore-ne-muaj-industria-planifikon-s-i23056\">lost<\/a>\u00a0every month. The chemical industry, once the pride of the port of Antwerp, Belgium, is in rapid and massive\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brusselssignal.eu\/2025\/06\/belgium-germany-hit-hardest-by-huge-drop-in-chemicals-industry-activity-in-eu\/\">decline<\/a>. Chemicals in Antwerp are not a minor detail; they are a fundamental and structuring element of its prosperity. Antwerp politicians who attempt to balance public finances while adhering to the myth of decarbonization are deluding themselves. One can have either decarbonization or prosperity not both. A choice must be made\u00a0 now.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>&#8220;But Global Warming!&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Environmentalists from all parties have turned Europe into a vast, unproductive, and dependent wind farm. But, say the well-trained creatures, &#8220;What about global warming? Won&#8217;t we all perish in torrents of lava and a deluge of floods if we stop building wind turbines, and fail to sacrifice our last factories on the altar of decarbonization?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Even America&#8217;s premier climate alarmist, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, last week\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/7330386\/bill-gates-climate-memo\/\">dismissed<\/a>\u00a0, in his words, the &#8220;doomsday view&#8221; that climate change would &#8220;decimate civilization,&#8221; and,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/7330386\/bill-gates-climate-memo\/\">according<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0Time, called for:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;a recalibration of priorities\u2014including more funding for global health and a narrower focus on key technologies that can make a difference on climate. Paired with a move to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/03\/12\/climate\/bill-gates-breakthrough-energy-cuts.html\">cut funding<\/a>\u00a0for efforts to craft climate policy earlier this year, [Gates&#8217;] memo was perceived as an indication of a dramatic pivot.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Since the beginning of the industrial era, a slight warming has indeed been\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/earthobservatory.nasa.gov\/world-of-change\/global-temperatures\">observed<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 +1.2\u00b0C, not exactly the Apocalypse. Humanity will adapt, as it has always done \u2014 to ice ages, droughts, and floods. This will be all the easier now that we have at our disposal rapidly advancing technological tools: artificial intelligence, precision agriculture, and large-scale desalination.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Humans are preparing to colonize the Moon and Mars \u2014 where the average temperature is -63\u00b0C. But we are told we could not adapt to a 1.5-degree increase on Earth? What a grim joke.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>We mock the credulity of ancient peoples who believed in myriad deities, to whom they did not hesitate to offer human sacrifices \u2014 even children. We condemn the Mayan rites \u2014 decapitations, immolations, the extraction of still-beating hearts \u2014 to appease Chaac, god of rain and storms, who demanded blood to make it rain; Quetzalc\u00f3atl, because blood nourished the cosmic serpent, and so on. We feel only contempt for such myths. Yet today, the European Union is sacrificing 500 million citizens on the altar of a faceless green god.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Not a single European will die from &#8220;global warming.&#8221; But millions could die from not being able to heat their homes during the winter.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>What Europe needs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Europe needs a policy of strength \u2014 economic, military, geopolitical. It must destroy the myth of decarbonization and reaffirm its true goals: the well-being of individuals and families, economic growth, and technological progress. Relocate industry, free up fossil and nuclear energy, and invest massively in research. Only a sovereign, industrious, and assertive Europe will regain its prosperity.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Chinese Communist Party, for years, has been opening\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2023\/03\/02\/1160441919\/china-is-building-six-times-more-new-coal-plants-than-other-countries-report-fin\">two coal-fired plants a\u00a0week<\/a>. In just the first half of 2025, China\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/en\/china-boosting-coal-capacity-at-record-high-report\/a-73753189\">expanded<\/a>\u00a0these coal-fired plants more than in the last nine years. Crucially, however, China has also been investing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0N5FVN13nZA\">billions<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.energyintel.com\/00000199-ddb6-dd61-abb9-ffbff8990000\">nuclear-fusion energy<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 to provide limitless clean, cheap energy for the unimaginable amounts of electricity that will be required for global dominance in artificial intelligence.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Europe and the UK would be well-advised to stop listening to charming little scoundrels like Boris Johnson, that ephemeral former British prime minister who now\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/europeanconservative.com\/articles\/analysis\/boris-johnson-and-the-business-of-pro-ukraine-activism\/\">profits<\/a>\u00a0from his &#8220;moral commitment&#8221; to the totalitarian absurdity of the &#8220;net-zero society,&#8221;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/europeanconservative.com\/articles\/analysis\/boris-johnson-and-the-business-of-pro-ukraine-activism\/\">cashing in<\/a>\u00a0with the highest-bidding regimes and lobbies.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Decarbonization is a myth. There is no &#8220;decarbonization.&#8221; Only Europe \u2014 alone, like an old drunkard lost in its fantasies \u2014 is hanging itself.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>No better example illustrates the sham of decarbonization than the case of wind farms. Not a single wind turbine is profitable without massive public subsidies, which Europeans pay for every month through their exorbitant energy bills.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The real problem, though, rarely mentioned, lies in the replacement of these sad monsters.
